Excellent result for DWF and Anthony Singh
Delighted to celebrate a successful outcome for Anthony Singh of Deans Court Chambers and the DWF team following a hard‑fought liability trial arising from an alleged workplace accident at the Defendant’s site.
The Claimant—an HGV tanker driver delivering bulk flour—alleged he sustained personal injuries during a visit to the Defendant’s premises in December 2020. Despite the Claimant’s familiarity with the site and its procedures, having completed several previous collections for the same customer, the matter proceeded to a contested one‑day trial on liability.
Anthony’s meticulous preparation and clear presentation of the facts were pivotal. The judgment reflects the strength of DWF’s approach: a deep understanding of operational environments, a firm grasp of technical processes, and a strategic focus on evidence.
Here’s to continued success and more excellent outcomes ahead.
Our thanks to Sarah Stutchfield and Jade Dyer at DWF for the instruction and diligence on this matter.
