Zoe Earnshaw has secured the discontinuance of a chronic pain claim and a significant costs payment on the brink of a 5-day trial at the RCJ. 

The Claimant alleged she was wheelchair bound and housebound. The Defendant alleged fundamental dishonesty on the basis of surveillance and social media evidence.
