Deans Court Chambers hosts Private FDR
The private FDR hosted by DCC last week was a home grown affair in that the judge and counsel were all past or present members of chambers. The parties found the relaxed but professional approach which unfolded at a pace which was entirely focused on their needs to be a constructive and palatable way of resolving their future.
