Tim Horlock KC presents Oliver Carr with Red Bag
The red bag, used to carry the wig and gown, is traditionally given by Kings Counsel to recognise a junior barrister who has provided exceptional assistance in a case.
Tim presented Oliver with the bag having recently led him on group action which involved over 60 claimants which related to a gas explosion on the Wirral in 2017.
