Lewis Power KC achieves stunning acquittal on all charges in Mitcham Drive-by Shotgun Murder case
Lewis Power KC, instructed by Helena Amartey of Taylor Rose MW Solicitors, has secured a stunning acquittal on all charges at the Old Bailey in a 3-month long complex multi-handed murder trial in which a young man, Tyrese Miller was fatally shot at close range with a shot-gun, in Mitcham, South London.
The defendant, Manuel Paulo, was cleared on all charges which included murder and being in possession of a shotgun and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
