Tom McKail, led by Simon Csoka KC represented defendant acquitted of murder after an Incident involved a fatality on Christmas Day in Blackburn.
The fatality occurred in Blackburn following an argument in a Pub that led to the Complainant, deceased, being ran over in the aftermath outside and subsequently dying.
The trial concluded today in front of Mr Justice Goss at Preston Crown Court. All defendants were acquitted of murder and 1 of manslaughter. Several other defendants found the Jury hung on manslaughter after a 14 day trial.
