Carolyn Bland successful in the Court of Appeal
Carolyn Bland of Deans Court Chambers successfully responded to an appeal against Placement Orders on behalf of the Local Authority.
The mother argued that the previous judge gave insufficient weight to sibling attachment. The Court of Appeal disagreed and upheld decision in local authority’s favour.
