 Edward is an experienced and impressive family practitioner, specialising in financial remedies. He has specific expertise in dealing with complex high net worth matters involving family businesses, farms, companies, and trusts. Edward also accepts instructions in equitable co-ownership cases under TOLATA.Â
 Edward is available to conduct Private FDRs.  Legal 500 2024 ranks him in Tier 1 of the Silks list of Leading Private FDR judges.  Edward has over 17 yearsâ experience of sitting in the family courts hearing financial remedy cases and has been a judge of the Financial Remedies Court since its introduction.  He also co-writes and presents the pension seminar on the Financial Remedies Induction course for new FRC judges at the Judicial College and is regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars across the country.
 Edward was appointed Kingâs Counsel in March 2024, and has been recognised by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 for over 10 years in Band One of âLeaders at the Barâ.
