Patrick Gilmore represents child in now reported case of DG v KB & Anor (Re EMP (A Child)) [2024] EWFC 12 (B)
Mr Patrick Gilmore MCIArb represented the child through this children guardian in complex private law proceedings. This difficult and long standing matter involved serious allegations which the court had already determined during a finding of fact hearing. The Court at a welfare stage tackled significant issues such as revocation of parental responsibility, prohibition on making further applications (s.91(14) orders), no contact and change of name.
