Deans Court Chambers welcomes Miss Karen Brody back to Chambers as an ADR specialist
Following her retirement from practice, we are delighted to announce that Karen Brody has returned to Chambers as an ADR specialist, conducting Private FDRs and Early Neutral Evaluation in children cases.
Karen has 34 years of experience and a formidable reputation in complex and high value financial disputes and children issues.
She is focusing now on this new role alongside sitting as a Recorder in family cases. She is able to provide a Judicial perspective to assist parties to resolve issues outside the Court process.
Attached is an outline guide to her fees. We are happy to discuss these on a case-by-case basis if required.
There are many benefits of using this type of facility, which can prove to be more expeditious than going through the Court process and can assist with progressing matters on behalf of your Clients. These are set out in more detail in our guide to our private FDR service which can be found here:-

She has developed bespoke terms which align with her experience and feedback from matrimonial finance Solicitors. These terms can be found here:-

We are happy to liaise with the parties involved to agree a convenient date.
