The company who had supplied equipment used during a drilling operation during construction of the HS2 project. A subcontractor was killed during this operation and criticism had been directed at the manufacturers of the equipment, but the coroner found them to be “impressive” in their knowledge, experience and presentation of evidence to the Court.
