Anthony specialises in Personal Injury litigation and represents both Claimants and Defendants in all areas of Personal Injury Law.

His specilises in various areas of PI including highways matters, Occupiers’ liability, accidents at work, occupational disease including noise induced hearing loss, road traffic and fatal accidents.

Anthony has considerable experience in fraudulent road traffic claims, spanning the spectrum of such matters from low speed impact and ghost passengers claims, through staged or induced accidents to fraud ring cases.

In addition to acting and advising at all stages of personal injury litigation, Anthony also advises on and acts in CRU appeals and CICA matters.

Anthony has experience in drafting and advising in Clinical Negligence matters, including dental negligence cases.
