Sophie Cartwright QC appointed to the Covid-19 Inquiry.

The UK Covid-19 Inquiry, chaired by The Right Honourable Baroness Heather Hallett DBE, has today announced the appointment of eleven Queen’s Counsel.
Chambers are delighted to announce that Sophie Cartwright QC is one of those appointed to act as Counsel to the Inquiry.
Sophie joins the Covid Inquiry legal team to support Hugo Keith QC, Lead Counsel to the Inquiry, and Martin Smith of Field Fisher Waterhouse, Solicitor to the Inquiry, with the preparation and delivery of the Inquiry’s investigative work.
Alongside the work of the Covid Inquiry and the Manchester Arena Inquiry, Sophie will maintain her established practices in Inquests and Inquiries, Administrative Court work, Professional Discipline, Health and Social Care Regulation and Health and Safety.
