This was a two week Art 2 jury inquest, representing a mental health practitioner dealing with an individual with a complex presentation in police custody. this case involved issues in relation to s136 MHA 1983; mental capacity; the relationship between Police and MHA powers; Â being arrested and detention in custody being declined
