Fraser Livesey represented the Fire & Rescue Service in a 5 day inquest where a rower drowned after going over a weir in fast-flowing water. Members of the Service put themselves in danger to attempt a rescue and saved one man. Despite best efforts of co-ordinated rescue services it was impossible to reach the second man who drowned.
