Elizabeth Dudley-Jones prosecutes pilot for landing at RAF Valley in North Wales in May 2020 whilst it was closed due to coronavirus restrictions and it was a Bank Holiday. Pilot received maximum fines after entering guilty pleas to summary only offences.
