Virginia Hayton is representing an interested party in the Inquest into the death of Shahida Shahid deceased, a student that went to the Almost Famous Restaurant in Manchester 3 years ago, who ate a chicken burger that contained dairy products that she was allergic to. She had told the waiter she had a number of allergies and there was a discussion with Counsels client, the head chef, but another chef cooked the burger and she subsequently collapsed an hour later and died on the 12th January 2015.
