Rosalind Scott Bell represented a Cleveland Police Dog Handler in a week long inquest into the death of a pensioner whose rear garden was being searched by Police for a suspect in a drugs case. Mrs C died as a result of natural causes, albeit the injuries sustained when bitten by the Police dog precipitated her death.
