Rosalind Scott Bell represented a Care Home at an inquest into the death of a resident who had been admitted to the Home days earlier. Upon admission into the Home some of her medication had been disposed of because it was unlabelled and the procedure to ensure its replacement had not been adhered to. When the resident had needed her inhaler staff were compelled to use that belonging to another resident. The Coroner found death by natural causes and no causal link between the actions of the Home and the death of the resident.
