Peter Horgan Appointed as a Recorder on the Northern Circuit
Deans Court Chambers are delighted to announce that Peter Horgan as been appointed as Recorders by the Queen, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
He has been assigned to the Northern Circuit and will be dealing with Family Matters.
