Nick Courtney secures acquittal in Money Laundering Case
On 3rd March 2015, following an 8 week trial at Preston Crown Court, Nick Courtney (instructed by Mohammed & Co, Preston) secured the acquittal of AP in relation to the alleged laundering of £ 145,000 said to be the proceeds of crimes committed by his son.
