Michael Hayton QC Secures Not Guilty Verdict in Old Bailey Murder Trial
Michael Hayton QC acted for Lee Baker in a nine day trial in the Central Criminal Court and secured an acquittal on the charge of murder. Mr Baker was involved in a violent confrontation with an associate that resulted in catastrophic and ultimately fatal head injuries. Mr Baker was convicted of manslaughter and received a 7 year sentence of imprisonment.
