Michael Hayton QC instructed as leading counsel for the defence in murder trial
R v Mark Buckley
Michael Hayton QC is instructed as leading counsel for the defence in the murder trial of Mark Buckley. Mr Buckley is alleged to have killed Ellen Higginbottom, an 18 year old A level student. The body of Ms Higginbottom was found in the Orrell Water Park, near Wigan. The case is listed for trial in December 2017.
