Members of the Deans Court Family Team appear in the Family Division of the High Court in Bone Disorder Case
Peter Rothery, leading Patrick Gilmore (instructed on behalf of the local authority) and Julia Cheetham QC, leading Arron Thomas (instructed by the step father), appeared in the matter of Cumbria County Council v Q (Injuries to Infant with Bone Disorder) before Mr Justice Jackson sitting in the Family Division of the High Court. This case concerned an allegation of serious alleged non-accidental injury to a child with radiological abnormalities considered by medical professionals to have been caused by a vitamin D deficiency.
