Mark Savill appointed as Lead Assistant Boundary Commissioner for the North West
Following the selection process Mark Savill was appointed on 24 August 2011 as Lead Assistant Boundary Commissioner for the North West region by Mark Harper MP, Minister for Political and Constitutional Reform. His appointment will be from 1 September 2011 to 30 September 2012.
His role will be to support the current review of parliamentary constituencies by the Boundary Commission for England as and when required. In particular, he will be chairing a series of public meetings across the North West during October 2011 and in 2012 co-ordinating and drafting the single report to the Boundary Commission, based upon the submissions for electoral boundary reform in the region.
