James Paterson represented the Second Defendant in a causation case where a finding of fundamental dishonesty was made
James Paterson represented the Second Defendant in a causation case in which the Claimant was a passenger in a vehicle driven by her mother and brought a claim for personal injury against her mother and the insurance company some 25 months post accident.
