Inquest into the death of a patient following a fall in Trafford Hospital
Joseph Hart represented the security firm in an inquest where the deceased had died from a subdural haematoma. The deceased was a vulnerable patient at Trafford hospital, suffering from the chronic withdrawal from alcohol. There were allegations that the security had behaved inappropriately and there was an allegation of an assault.
