Gareth Poole joins Deans Court after successful pupillage
Chambers is pleased to announce that Gareth Poole has accepted an offer of tenancy following the successful completion of his pupillage.
After 7 years PQE as a solicitor, Gareth was called to the Bar in 2014 and was offered tenancy in February 2015 after a pupillage supervised by David Boyle. He now takes instructions on the full range of personal injury cases, appearing daily in Fast Track trials, Small Claims, disposal hearings and interlocutory hearings including applications and Costs and Case Management Conferences. He is already developing a busy paperwork practice, both advisory and drafting. Gareth receives instructions from both Claimants and Defendants and accepts instructions on a Conditional Fee basis.
As a solicitor, Gareth worked exclusively in the field of third party fraudulent insurance claims for firms including Keoghs LLP and Clyde & Co LLP. His caseload included files with values in excess of £100,000, files with credit hire claims in excess of £75,000 and files being defended on a Fraud Ring basis. He is ideally placed to understand and meet the needs of instructing solicitors.
