Employers Liability Trigger Litigation Supreme Court Appeal
The Supreme Court is due to hand down its keenly awaited judgment on Weds 28th March 2012 at 9.45. This case has been described as “potentially the most important test case in the history of asbestos litigation”.
Tim Smith has represented one of the Respondents throughout the course of this litigation and will be posting a note as to its effect on the Deans Court web site on Thursday 29th March 2012. He will be very glad to answer any questions that may arise.
