Employers’ Liability Trigger Litigation Appeal Judgement
The Court of Appeal are due to hand down this long awaited decision on 8th October 2010. Tim Smith represented one of the respondents to the Appeal which has been described recently as potentially the most important test case in the history of asbestos litigation.
