Elizabeth Dudley-Jones represented Carlisle farmer John Wood at Carlisle Crown Court, having previously represented him at inquest. JS Wood and Sons partnership were prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive for a breach of Regulations at his farm yard which arose out of the death of a partially deaf farm employee when another employee accidentally killed him as he left a shed whilst he drove a tractor into the farm yard.
