Deans Court sponsors of the 4 Jurisdictions Family Law Conference 5-7th February, Liverpool
Celebrating 21 years of the 4Js, Deans Court Chambers are sponsors of the 4 Jurisdictions Family Law Conference this weekend in Liverpool.
The keynote speaker and conference chair is Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division of England and Wales. Sir Nicholas Mostyn, High Court England and Wales, will also be in attendance.
Conference sessions will include consideration of how the nature of the risk of harm to children has changed in the last 21 years (FGM and ISIS/terror threats), how family law has evolved over the last 21 years as well as looking to the future.
