Deans Court Barrister Tim Smith Appointed to Circuit Bench
Deans Court Chambers are proud to announce that, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Queen has appointed Tim Smith to be a Circuit Judge.
The Right Honourable The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has assigned him to the Midlands Circuit, based at Northampton Crown Court, with effect from 24th March 2014.
After many years of successful practice in Deans Court Chambers, he will be sadly missed, and we wish him all the best in his new vocation
