Deans Court Barrister appointed as Queens Counsel
Deans Court Chambers is extremely pleased to announce that on the 30th March 2012 Miss Frances Heaton will be appointed as one of her Majesty’s Queen's Counsel.
Miss Heaton is a family Barrister who specialises in private and public law children's proceedings, as well as Judicial Reviews.
The ceremony will take place at Westminster Hall where Miss Heaton will be officially sworn in by the Lord Chancellor.
