Alison Woodward Appointed to the Circuit Bench
Deans Court Chambers are proud to announce that The Queen has appointed Alison Jane Woodward to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lidington MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester County Court and Family Court with effect from 15 January 2018.
Miss Woodward has been a valued member of Deans Court Chambers since she joined in 2001 and we wish her every success on her appointment to the Judiciary.
