7 Deans Court members appointed to List of Special Advocates in Health & Safety and Environmental Law

We are delighted to announce that 7 of our members have been appointed to the List of Specialist Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law.

Iain Simkin and Sophie Cartwright have been appointed to list A, Rosalind Scott Bell, Joseph Hart and Rosalind Emsley-Smith have been appointed to list B, and Elizabeth Dudley-Jones and Michelle Brown have been appointed to list C.

Our members are highly experienced in prosecuting and defending the full range of Health & Safety and Environmental cases. The team includes many of the most well-known practitioners in the country who practice in this field, and both leading and junior counsel regularly appear in the most high profile cases.
