Niamh Ingham secures acquittal in youth rape case.

Niamh Ingham, instructed by Forbes, represented a vulnerable youth charged with rape. Mid-way through Miss Ingham’s cross-examination of the complainant, the Prosecution were invited to re-consider their proceedings against the Defendant.
