James Paterson secures a finding of fundamental dishonesty for the Defendant in a trial in which the Claimant alleged injury arising from a minor road traffic accident.
It was found that the Claimant had misled his expert notably by reference to his various social media profiles showing him cycling when he claimed he was unable to do so.
