Colette Renton succeeds in submission of no case to answer
Colette Renton defended in a case of three counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs. The defendant was alleged to have driven class a substances into Cumbria in company of another, with a view to their supply. She succeeded in her submission of no case to answers at the close of the prosecution’s case, and the judge ordered the jury return verdicts of not guilty to all matters.
