Joe Hart is speaking at the Fire Safety Matters and Blackhurst Budd Solicitors digital conference on the Fire Safety Bill. He will be looking at the sentencing process itself, evaluating how Grenfell Tower has impacted Crown Court sentences and also considering how the courts are now limited in their discretion in respect of the sentences they can impose.
