Deans Court would like to assure Clients that our barristers are continuing to work under the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19 and we have procedures and systems in place to facilitate work effectively.

We have the technology to enable our members to work remotely and electronically in a fully secure manner.

All of our barristers remain available for telephone or video hearings and conferences where it is inappropriate to attend physically. These can be conducted via Skype for Business, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Members are equipped to work remotely and are able to accept papers electronically. Physical briefs and papers can be accepted if this is prearranged with the clerks. Deans Court use Sharefile in order to transfer data as it is fully GDPR compliant, and can receive and accept papers via several other file sharing software including Mimecast, Egress and Sharefile.
