Pascale Hicks attends first in person personal injury trial at Manchester Civil Justice Centre
Pascale Hicks attends first in person personal injury trial at Manchester Civil Justice Centre
On 9 June 2020, Pascale Hicks was instructed to attend one of the first personal injury trials to take place in person at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre. In this unprecedented time of Covid 19, a number of new measures had been introduced to ensure that social distancing was observed and hygiene conditions were maintained to afford confidence to all court users. There were significant differences in the procedures for entering court buildings, conducting pre-trial conferences and in relation to the trial/hearing process itself. Pascale is happy to share what she has learnt from this experience with solicitors who may have upcoming trials.
Pascale Hicks is a member of the Personal Injury, Civil and Insurance Fraud and Travel & International Personal Injury Law teams.
