Diversity Profile

As part of its commitment to equality of opportunity for all, Deans Court Chambers undertakes regular surveys, at least bi-annually, to review our diversity profile. The results of our latest survey appear below.

Participation in the survey is optional. The results below reflect the diversity profile of the volunteers only.

Description of categories

‘Barristers’ refers to all members of chambers who are not QCs.

‘QCs’ refers to Queens Counsel who are members of chambers.

‘Managerial’ refers to all staff members who declared managerial or supervisory responsibilities within their survey response. It covers clerks, financial and administrative staff.

‘Clerks’ refers to members of the clerking team without managerial or supervisory responsibilities.

‘Administrative’ refers to members of staff with financial or purely administrative roles without managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
