Gavin joined Deans Court in March 2023 and has 30 years experience of Clerking, having previously been a Senior Family Clerk at Chambers in Chester.

Gavin’s day- to- day responsibilities include the diary management of the Family and Court of Protection Team and fee negotiation for those teams. A fluent Welsh speaker, Gavin is also able to assist clients who wish to use the Welsh language.

Away from Chambers, Gavin has a young family which keeps him on his toes, is a keen triathlete and a qualified Official for British Triathlon.
