Christopher Hudson qualified as a solicitor in 1976 and spent two years in private practice in Devon before joining the Prosecuting Solicitors Department of the South Yorkshire County Council, prosecuting on behalf of the police in South Yorkshire.
He went on promotion to the Lancashire County Council Prosecuting Solicitors Department based in Blackpool where he was a Senior Prosecuting Solicitor dealing with a large volume of serious crime and eventually joined the Crown Prosecution Service. He joined the Bar in l987, initially in the Chambers of David Sumner at Rational House in Manchester, before joining Deans Court Chambers in 1992.
Christopher Hudson is a very experienced criminal lawyer having been involved in Crime for some 36 years. He has now based his practice at the Deans Court annexe in Preston where he concentrates exclusively on defence work.
He has the advantage of a practice based essentially at one court centre where he is known and respected by the Judiciary and the local legal community. He is able to deal with cases from beginning to end due to the fact that he is based in Preston and he has the experience and ability to deal with even the most difficult of clients. '
