Timothy is an active participant on the Midlands Circuit and is the Chair of the West Midlands Family Law Bar Association. He often speaks at Circuit and national seminars.

He also appeared in the Court of Appeal in Re AZ (A Child) (Recusal) [2022] EWCA Civ 911.
