Called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn in 1978, HH Alan Booth was appointed Assistant Recorder in 1996, Recorder in 2000 and Circuit Judge in 2009. He was authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2009. Throughout his career, financial remedy work has been his specialist area of expertise.
