Fiona Turner was called to the Bar in Summer 2013 and went on to become a paralegal in a firm specialising in industrial disease claims. 

During her time as a paralegal, Fiona gained valuable experience in cumulative back, NIHL and repetitive strain injury cases.

In February 2014, Fiona commenced pupillage in Chambers in Liverpool and spent 7 years as a Barrister there before moving to Deans Court Chambers in February 2022.

Fiona has a significant amount of trial experience both on the fast and the multi track, appearing regularly for both Claimants and Defendant across the whole spectrum of Civil and Personal injury litigation.

She specialises in all areas of Civil law, but has a specific interest and expertise in:

  • Civil fraud;
  • Personal Injury claims arising out of road traffic accidents;
  • Personal Injury claims arising out of Employers’, Occupiers’ and Public liability;
  • Industrial disease claims;
  • Credit hire;
  • Contractual disputes.

She also accepts instructions to draft pleadings and advise on quantum, liability and procedure both in conference and on paper, always willing to turn papers around on a tight timeline where necessary.

  • Miss Turner graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Philosophy in 2012 and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Law and the BPTC at Manchester Metropolitan University
