- Adam Singh Hayer
Adam joined Deans Court Chambers in March 2025 with a busy practice focusing on private Children Act and financial remedy matters having completed pupillage and practiced at a specialist family law chambers on the Northern Circuit. Prior to practising at the Bar, Adam worked in personal injury law assisting and working on high value casualty claims.
Adam regularly appears in Court across circuit, nationally, and even overseas having appeared before the Senior Magistrate in the Falkland Islands in an eleven-day composite final hearing. Adam is also happy to take undertake work on papers and prides himself on being able to provide completed paperwork promptly.
Adam undertakes pro bono work through organisations such as Advocate and Not Beyond Redemption and has recently featured in the 2025 and 2026 Pro Bono Recognition Lists.

Private children law
Represented a mother in successfully discharging a special guardianship order and returning her child to her care following her release and rehabilitation from prison. Adam acted pro bono in this matter on instruction from Not Beyond Redemption.

M v F [2025]
Private children law
Adam the drafted the application for and successfully obtained a two-year extended civil restraint order against a parent who had made repeated persistent and disruptive applications within the proceedings.

A v A [2025]
Private children law
Represented a parent accused of parental alienation. After a three-day finding before a Circuit Judge, findings of “alienating behaviours” were not found by the judge. Child subsequently remained with the parent upon the conclusion of proceedings.

A Local Authority v B & C [2023]
Public children law
Represented a mother in care proceedings and successfully obtained permission for the mother and child to travel outside the jurisdiction for a two-week trip to South Africa whilst the child was subject to an interim care order. Mother’s request had been strongly opposed by the Local Authority.
