Victoria joined Chambers in September 2007 as a tenant, having successfully completed her pupillage under the guidance of Sebastian Clegg. 

Personal Injury

Victoria has developed a busy civil practice and has extensive experience in personal injury work, acting for both Claimant and Defendants. 

She is routinely instructed to appear at trials, applications, CCMCs, Stage 3 MOJ and disposal hearings. 

She also regularly advises on and drafts pleadings in fast track and multi-track claims.

Family Finance

Victoria is instructed at all stages of financial remedy proceedings from the preliminary stages of conference through to FDA’s, FDR’s and Final Hearings as well as interlocutory applications.  She also continues to have an interest in respect of co-owned property and inheritance act claims.
